Terms of Service
General
I work with characters I personally select; therefore, requests are not handled on a "first come, first served" basis. Commission applications are submitted using Google Forms. I will review all submissions and contact clients whose characters I have chosen to proceed with.- If you do not receive a response within one week, it means all slots have been filled. I’d be happy to see you apply again next time!
- If there is no response after a second attempt, it likely means your character does not align with my current interests or style.

Working hours
Due to time zone differences, maintaining real-time communication can be challenging, but I trust everyone understands this. I make it a priority to respond as quickly as possible.
Payment and refunds
Payment:You can either:
- pay upfront
- pay half as the commission is accepted and half when the sketch is approved.Commission type Sketch is paid before the start of work.Paypal or vipps only.
If you do not send a payment for more than 7 days from the day the sketch was approved, I have the right to cancel the commission.Refund:- You can request a refund (THOUGH THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED).
The partial amount depends on the percentage of the commission completed.
If the commission is completed by more than 70%, I cannot guarantee a refund
After completion of the work, the client will not receive a refund.
Process & Completion
Sketch:At this stage, I will develop the initial composition. You are welcome to request any free adjustments at this point, and it might be a colour sketch.Payment:Payment is made after sketch approval. Please ensure all requested adjustments are made at this stage before I the painting process is started!!Corrections and Process:If an error is made in the design, a correction will be provided at no additional cost. Please note that changes to composition and character will not be accepted once the color stage begins, so be mindful to review carefully at the sketch stage!! Occasionally, I may adjust the color palette or other large details to enhance the composition, though you will be free to choose which you like the best. I these adjustments will be shared with you, and no additional charge will apply.You may request a Work in Progress (WIP) update at any time. Completion timelines depend on workload and the complexity of your commission, typically ranging from 1 to 5 weeks. Might be longer if there is a queue, though I try my best to do the work according to plan. If there are any have life difficulties, I will definitely let you know.Completion:
Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file via Gmail.
Copyright and usage
I, As an artist:
- I retain the right to use my artwork for commercial purposes, such as prints
- I may upload and display the artwork in galleries or use it for professional profilingYou, as a client:
- You may use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only.
- You may upload the artwork to public galleries, use it as a website banner, or as a profile picture, with credit in the description.
- You may request anonymity if the artwork is posted publicly.
- You may not alter the image through cropping, filters, or other modifications.
- You may not remove signature.
Extra
- If you provide clear references of your character, showing clear design, like images and text description, it will ease the process - I would love to have as much information as possible!
- I appreciate creative freedom, but it is also appreciated if you can give me an idea on what you want-don't hesitate to reach out if there is something you're wondering about!!
